Crack eggs into a bowl. Add salt, turmeric, and red chili powder. Beat well until combined.

Mix in chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, and half the coriander.

Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and let it set for 1-2 minutes.
