Make Rabri

Boil milk in a wide pan, stirring frequently. Reduce to 1/3 of original volume. Add sugar, cardamom, and saffron.

Fry Bread

Cut bread slices diagonally. Fry in ghee until golden and crisp on both sides.

Assemble

Arrange fried bread in a serving dish. Pour warm rabri over the bread slices.

Garnish & Serve

Top with chopped nuts and silver leaf. Let it soak for 30 minutes before serving.

  • The bread should be crispy before soaking.
  • Make rabri ahead of time for deeper flavor.
