By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service on the web or in our mobile apps, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We offer account sign-in through Google. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your account secure. Please provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through our payment provider, Stripe, or, where you purchase through a mobile app store, through Apple or Google. App store purchases are also subject to the applicable app store's terms.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Prices and plan features may change; we will provide notice where required. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable.

If we offer a referral program, any referral rewards are subject to the program's rules and may be changed or withdrawn. Abuse of the referral program may result in removal of rewards or suspension of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest content or data, or use it in a way that harms the platform, other users, or our content.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable through reviews, comments, or any other feature.

You retain ownership of the reviews, comments, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to share it. We may moderate, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, without obligation to do so.

Unless otherwise stated, the Service and its content, including text, recipes, photography, videos, cookbooks, branding, logos, and design, are owned by LaGrub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to hello@lagrub.com including: a description of the work you claim is infringed, the location (URL or screen) of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized. We will review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the material, and we may remove repeat infringers from the Service.

For account, billing, or technical issues, please include enough detail (such as the email associated with your account and a description of the problem) so we can assist you efficiently.

The Service relies on third-party providers such as Google, Stripe, and others, and may display or link to third-party content (for example, public social media posts) or external websites.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

The Service and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Recipes, nutritional information, and other content are provided for general informational purposes only and are not professional, medical, or dietary advice. You are responsible for ensuring that ingredients and methods are safe and suitable for you, including any allergies or dietary needs.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every page or feature will always be complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaGrub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from the app settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country of residence, nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under those laws.
