Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream and simmer gently. Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth.
Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss well and cook for 2–3 minutes. Serve hot.
