Spiced minced meat curry with peas, cooked in a rich tomato-onion gravy.

Fry Onions
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, then onions. Cook until golden brown.

Add Mince
Add ginger-garlic paste, cook for a minute. Add mince and cook on high heat until browned.

Add Spices & Tomatoes
Add all spices and tomato puree. Mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Add Peas & Finish
Add peas and cook for 5 more minutes. Finish with garam masala. Garnish with coriander.

- •Brown the mince well for deeper flavor.
