Cook Rice in Milk
Bring milk to a boil. Add soaked rice and cook on low, stirring frequently, for 25-30 minutes.

Add Sugar & Spices
When rice is soft, add sugar, cardamom, and saffron. Stir well.

Garnish & Serve
Cook for 5 more minutes. Garnish with nuts and raisins. Serve warm or chilled.
