Loaded Fries with Thick, Creamy Spinach and Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
For the Spinach Cheese Sauce:
⢠2ā3 tablespoons unsalted butter
⢠Spinach (as desired; about ½ bowl finely chopped or more if you prefer)
⢠½ packet @olpers_cream cream
⢠1 cup milk
⢠1 bowl mixed cheese (cheddar + mozzarella) from @cheesepalace.pk
⢠½ teaspoon salt
⢠½ teaspoon black pepper
⢠½ teaspoon chili flakes
⢠½ teaspoon paprika
⢠½ teaspoon oregano
For the Fries:
⢠Potatoes (cut into medium-sized fries)
⢠Water (for boiling)
Toppings:
⢠Chicken (e.g., fiery chicken fingers or your choice)
⢠Jalapeños
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Spinach Cheese Sauce
1. In a pan, melt the @houseofnurpur butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped spinach and cook until softened.
3. Pour in the cream and milk, and mix well.
4. Add salt, black pepper, chili flakes, paprika, and oregano.
5. Stir everything together.
6. Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese mixture.
7. Mix until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes thick, creamy, and smooth.
8. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Fries
1. Cut potatoes into medium-sized fries.
2. Boil them in water for about 10 minutes.
3. Remove from water and let them cool completely.
4. Freeze the fries for 30 minutes (this helps make them extra crispy).
5. Fry (or bake/air-fry) until golden and crispy.
Step 3: Assemble the Loaded Fries
1. Place the crispy fries on a serving plate.
2. Add cooked chicken pieces (like fiery chicken fingers or your preferred chicken).
3. Pour the thick spinach cheese sauce generously over the fries.
4. Top with jalapeƱos.
