Fry the sliced onions until light brown, let them cool, then blend them with a little water into a smooth paste.
Blend the beef mince with onion paste, poppy seeds powder, whole spice powder, chopped ginger garlic, yogurt, spices, green chilies, and coriander until well combined.
Grease your hands and shape the mince mixture into even kofta balls.
Heat oil, saute ginger garlic paste, add the remaining onion paste and spices, then stir in yogurt and a little water and let the curry simmer.
Gently place the koftas into the curry, bring to a boil, then cook on low heat until done. Finish with coriander, green chilies, and whole spice powder before serving.
